• What are the minimum computer requirements?

  • 800 MHz Intel Pentium III processor (or equivalent) and later

  • Windows XP (SP3), Windows Vista (SP1), or Windows 7

  • 512 MB RAM (Vista or Windows 7 need 1 GB minimum)

  • 800 x 600 with 256 color colors.

  • 90 MB available disk space

  • Windows compatible mouse

• What are the recommended computer requirements?

  • 2 GHz processor or faster (faster processors always help)

  • Windows 7

  • 2 GB RAM (more RAM makes your computer go faster)

  • 1024 x 768 with 16 bit colors. (Larger screen makes the screen less cluttered)

  • 90 MB available disk space

  • Windows compatible mouse

• Do I need an Internet connection?

  Yes and No.  You need an Internet connection to receive updates to the program and send quotes or orders to Conestoga.  Otherwise you do not.  You can run the program, create quotes, print them out without having an Internet connection.

• Is this compatible with the new Apple computers with Intel chips?

  We do not guarantee this (or do tech support for this), but we do have users who dual boot between Mac OS X and Windows XP running the OrderLink and they have no problems.

• Will this run on Windows 98 or Windows ME?

  Sorry but no.  Windows XP (SP3) is the oldest operating system we support. 

• Do I still need to manually fill out Conestoga's order forms to place orders?

NO!  This program does that for you.  The orders (and quotes) are submitted electronically to Conestoga.  If there are any problems with the order, your Customer Service Rep will contact you.

• Will this program accurately price Conestoga's catalog?

Yes, but the prices generated are not guaranteed.  In order to get a guaranteed price you will need to have the program send the quote to Conestoga where it will be received by their computer and a guaranteed price will be created.

• Is the program free?

Yes. 

• Is the program networkable so we can share orders in the office?

• Can the program run on Windows 7?
